Poster Guidelines

Poster Sessions – Attended

The Organizing Committee would greatly appreciate your presence at your poster during the Poster Session, which will be held in the Atrium, located on the upper level of the Natcher Conference Center. These sessions will provide an opportunity for you to discuss your research with conference speakers and participants.

Poster Session: Thursday, November 2, 2023, 3:30 – 5:00 PM.

Poster Size
There will be one poster on each board. Please ensure your poster is no larger than 4 ft. high by 6 ft. wide.

Poster Number
Please check the website or the Poster Welcome Desk for your assigned board number.

Set Up Time
Please set up your poster as you arrive. There is a Poster Welcome Desk on the upper level of the meeting venue to assist you.

Dismantling Time
Presenters are responsible for taking down their posters. Please remove your poster no later than the conclusion of the meeting. Please note that any posters not taken down by the designated time will be removed and discarded.

Poster Tube Storage
Your poster tube may be stored on the upper level in the Balcony Room C. Please be sure to label your poster tube. Labels will be available at the Poster Welcome Desk located outside Balcony Room C.
